The question this page answers
What needs a decision on this commitment this week, and which inputs need attention before the team acts?
What you see
This page is the Tasks tab, offered in season and on continuity. Its head counts the tasks, and a filter narrows them to Delivery, Reorder, Targets, Markdown or Accounts, each with its count.
The list brings four kinds of task together, sorted by priority: overdue reorder lines and deliveries after a cancellation date lead, and recorded trading exceptions come last.
- Recorded trading exceptions from the week's pass: markdowns to review and accounts due a top-up, each with the recorded week, the money at stake (at cost) and the units where they were recorded. A markdown already sent for approval, approved or held this week says so on the row.
- Reorder lines with a recommended quantity whose order-by date falls within the next seven days, overdue ones included. Lines for one style group under the style.
- Deliveries expected after an account's cancellation date, or after the selling period ends. Continuity has no selling period, so only the cancellation date applies there.
- Targets whose latest recorded reading is at risk, showing the reading against the target. Full-price sell-through is used as a weekly signal only in season.
Each task opens where its work belongs: a reorder line opens Reorder lines on that variant and location, a delivery opens its purchase order, and a target opens the tab that works it: Reorder lines for availability, Trading for sell-through, the room's Overview for the rest. Reorder recommendations load 200 at a time, the loaded share reads as a count against the total, and Load more fetches the next set.
Sources opens the evidence behind the list: how many lines it holds, the recorded week, how many recommendations have loaded, units due in the next seven days and units without arrival dates. Under Scope and coverage it names any reading that is missing and why. Targets & deliveries shows each recorded target with its reading and the next seven days of expected deliveries. Below them sit three sections: Recorded status changes, Recorded targets and readings, and Channel sources and coverage. Sales so far and outlook opens the sold chart with the same weeks last year, and a sales channel selector changes only that chart. History opens the decision history of the week's trading exceptions.
What to do
Open Reorder lines to check recommendations, stock by variant and location, quantities and timing. Open a delivery to check its dates on the purchase order. Review targets when a reading is missing or at risk.
This page records nothing itself: it does not place orders, change policies or amend targets. Those acts stay on their own tabs.
When information is missing
A failed supply, recommendation or performance read shows Some data unavailable above the list, and Performance unavailable stands in the head when no week has been scored. An empty list reads:
No tasks to review in the available data.
A quiet list is not a health verdict. Reorder lines cover the loaded part of the current planning month; open Reorder lines for the full list. Actual future sales can differ from the forecast.
