The question this page answers

What has one account agreed to take from this commitment's season, style by style, at what price, and how does that sit against what they took last time and against the money declared?

What you see

The agreed book before an account is chosen, marked 1 and 2.
  1. The commitment's name, its stage badge and the season code.
  2. The roster table, ranked by what is already on the book.

The agreed book records what one account agreed to take. It writes the figures down and sends nothing: no order is placed or transmitted, because the rep is the one who acts, and the page records what a person booked. It opens from On this commitment on the room before the season and on continuity, and from an account in Tightly Connect.

The head carries the commitment's name, its stage badge, and the season code at its right edge. Before an account is chosen, a chart and a table rank every account that can hold a book for the season: Account, On the book, Units booked, Last season and Tier, the chart's own line giving the total on the book against last season. Where no account holds anything yet the head says so in place of a chart, down to "No account on {season} yet." where none exists at all. Pressing a row chooses that account.

Once an account is chosen, the head's sentence says where its book stands: what is already on it, what has been typed and not yet recorded, or how far the typed book runs past the envelope. Beneath it, figures count the Styles typed, the Units, what was Proposed by the plan, any booked figures being replaced, and the Envelope declared when the typed value passes it. That is the page's one attention mark.

Controls choose the account, set one Ships from date for the book, filter by category and find a style. The table has one row per style the commitment covers: Style, Already booked, Last time, Units agreed, the wholesale price and Line value. Last time reads what the account sold of the style's predecessor against what it held, with the sell-through; a style with no predecessor reads No predecessor, and a sell-out nobody measured reads Not measured. The wholesale price is prefilled from the account's terms or its booked price where one is on file. An empty Units cell records nothing, and a row with units and no price reads Needs a price.

What to do

  1. Choose the account.

  2. Type Units agreed and a price per style, or press Take to adopt last time's sold figure.

  3. Set Ships from. Above the button the page says what is still missing, for example:

Still needed: a ship window start.

When nothing is missing it reads:

Recording writes it down and sends nothing.

  4. Press Record what was agreed. This needs Read & write access.

  5. Read the receipt where the sentence was: how many lines were recorded, how many already said the same thing, how many were not recorded, and that nothing was sent to the account. Beneath it, a line says how many units the commitment's book now holds for its accounts, with Open the room.

Partial success is normal: good rows land, and a refused row is marked Not recorded with its reason on hover, such as No first delivery day. A second record of the same style is a new version of the line, never a duplicate.

Arriving from Tightly Connect, the page opens with the account already chosen and any units the plan proposed filled in, with a door back to where you came from.

A commitment with no style reads This commitment covers no styles. Where what the account already booked could not be read, the page refuses to record, because a typed figure could replace a line unseen.
