The season is one thread: declare it, arm it, work the buy, run it week by week and close it with a receipt.

What changed

  • The commitment room opens on This week, the season drawn as sold against expected weekly bars with a today line where fact ends and forecast begins, cut by side or by one account.
  • Every figure says what it stands on, the account's own sell-out or only what they ordered from you, and an account that reports no sell-out yet says so in one sentence.
  • Since Monday lists what changed while you were away, each line a door to where the work lives.
  • The season's one-way doors say what they close, dated, as they approach, and on All commitments a commitment within a fortnight of one carries the attention mark.
  • Every act lives on the room, Sign off, Amend, Re-assign, Release the chase, Retire and Close, each with one line on what it cannot undo.
  • Supply answers whether what is on order arrives before it is needed, with undated units given their own figure.
  • Reorder lines know what is already staged on the Bench, so a parked line is never suggested twice, and read per account.
  • An account carries its whole relationship in one place: terms, its people and email domains, and its own claims with accept or dismiss one press away.
  • Open to buy runs on live weekly flow, and the buy plan is three numbers, growth, intake margin and turn.
  • The ladder is one everywhere, declared, committed, placed, received, read identically by the room, the desk, the Bench and the orders.
  • Ask Tightly stands inside the commitment on every reading, and a kept answer can be pinned to the room.
  • A continuity commitment reads Continuity, and the room, This week, Reorder lines, Allocation, Supply and Handovers open permanently, with the commitment's setup, covering rules and account selection, reachable from every reading.
  • Reorder lines, Allocation and Supply draw their frame while they read.
