The sentence

Where a colour split names a colourway the style does not come in:

This style is not offered in {colourways}, so no part of its buy can go there. The colourways it is offered in are: {colourways}.

Where the style has no colourways at all:

This style is not offered in colourways, so there is nothing to divide its buy between.

Where it comes in exactly one:

This style is offered in one colourway, so the whole buy is that colourway. There is no split to record.

Where the shares do not add up to the whole buy:

A colour split must add up to the whole buy: 10000 basis points, which is 100%. This one adds up to {total} ({percent}%). It has not been saved and has not been adjusted: rounding a split to fit would store a division you did not choose. Colourways you leave out keep no reading at all, and one you want to buy none of is entered as 0.

What it means

A colour split divides one style's worked depth between the colourways it is offered in, keyed on your own names for them, in basis points: ten thousand is the whole buy. A share on a colourway the style does not carry would be a share of the buy assigned to nothing, so it is refused before anything is stored, with the offending names listed and the colourways the style does come in beside them; Tightly never lands the share on a colourway that merely looks plausible. A style with no colourways has no axis to divide along, and one with a single colourway is already wholly that colourway, so in both cases there is nothing to record and the sentence says so.

The distribution rule is the one a size split follows: a split that does not total the whole buy is refused with what it actually totalled and is never rounded to fit. A colourway at zero is a cut, a colourway left out has no reading, and the two are stored apart. Colour depths, which set depth and split together in one act, refuse a colourway the style is not offered in the same way, in their own words:

This style is not offered in {colourways}, so no units can be bought there. The colourways it is offered in are: {colourways}.

The refusal is the server's, printed on Work the buy where you typed, and the depth and split on record are untouched. It is not a failed read; the corrected split lands on the next press.

What to do next

Use the colourway names the sentence lists, exactly as they are written there; they are the names on the product. Make the shares total the whole buy, with 0 for a colourway you buy none of and no entry for one you leave unread. Where the style has one colourway or none, there is no split to record and the whole depth already stands. Ask Tightly can set the split with the same act and meets the same words.
