Signing off and closing are full pages, and a commitment covers a list of entries with exceptions.

What changed

  • Every commitment has a room of its own: the five with their stated basis, a live preview of what the commitment arms, and its receipt history.
  • A commitment's scope is a list of entries, each included or excluded, so this category except these three sizes is one commitment, and the most specific entry wins.
  • Sign off is a page: every figure as submitted, what approval means, and that no order is placed and no money moves; the person who declared cannot press it.
  • Close is a page: what will be recorded, how the envelope performed against what landed, and where remaining stock goes.
  • Retire is a page: the five that will no longer be defended, where the balance lands, and a required reason.
  • Amend opens from the room as three steps: each figure beside the control that changes it, a preview of what changes, and a required reason that also submits; the previous version is kept in full.
  • The room shows week-by-week consumption against the declared glidepath on the four-five-four calendar, and a verdict appears only when recorded.
  • The room shows the envelope to the cent along the ladder: declared, chase reserve, open to commit, committed, remaining and forward need.
  • Declare shows how large the slice is before any target is typed, and Continue waits for the engine's own compiled verdict.
  • All commitments leads with the money and shows each window as a timeline with today marked, and a season's agreed book sits beneath its position and says plainly when none has been provided.
  • Receipts read as sentences, one line per channel, and the margin floor carries a note that no engine enforces it.
  • The declare flow submits what you declared, with unallocated spend accounted for and never guessed.
  • A failed load of the book shows the failure and a retry, never Declare your first commitment over a book that may hold commitments.
