The question this page answers

Ship windows answers which windows are coming, what sits inside each, and whether a window the brand promised has opened with your lines still unshipped. It is your view of the commitment in time: the season's windows and your own lines inside them, never the brand's plan behind them. It reads the same lines as My orders, grouped by window, for the season chosen in the band.

What you see

Ship windows, marked 1 to 2.
  1. Shipped, your shipped lines over all your lines.
  2. One window a row, with Ask to move this window.

The head is the page's name, Ship windows, with the basis wholesale price · USD · units and the as-of at the right once the read has served. There is no head sentence.

The figure row holds one count no column carries: Shipped, your shipped lines over all your lines, such as 4 of 12 lines, or None of 12 lines where nothing has shipped.

The table is one window a row: Window (its opening day, and its closing day where the brand set one), Units, Value (at your price, or No price agreed), State (the lines' state words counted, such as 3 on hold · 7 booked), Can change until (the nearest cancel date inside the window, or No date), and the act Ask to move this window. Units and Value carry footer totals. Can change until leaves the table while no window carries a cancel date. A window whose lines are all shipped or cancelled offers no act. A shipped line reads Shipped and nothing more: no delivery date exists on a line and none is invented, because the brand's shipping notice records no arrival.

The one amber your seat shows sits on Window, on a window that has opened with something inside it still unshipped: the brand's declared promise at risk. Can change until is your own option to walk away and carries no mark.

What to do

Press Ask to move this window to raise a claim on a line inside it, with the new dates you need. The drawer, titled Ask to move this window, opens over the page with the ask set to Move the ship window and only that window's lines to choose from; where the window holds one line it is chosen for you. Nothing changes on your order until the brand accepts it; when they do, the line takes its next version with the new window. Can change until is the day your option runs out; a conversation before it is what the date is for.

When it is empty or failed

No date is the word for a window or a cancel date the brand has not set; No price agreed is a value nobody has priced. Where no window is open or coming the page reads "No window open or coming." The page never shows a delivery date, an arrival estimate, the brand's stock or its supply. A read that failed prints its sentence, "Your ship windows did not load." unless the server said something more exact, offers Try again, and offers nothing invented in its place.
