The question this page answers
My orders answers what you have committed to at this brand, at what price, and how firm it is. It is the brand's commitment read from your chair: the lines that belong to the season and category chosen in the band, at your price, in their current version. With no season chosen the page groups your lines by season and category.
What you see
The head is the page's name, My orders, and its one act, Send an order. There is no head sentence.
The figure row, once there is a line: Booked ({n} units), On hold ({n} units, when any), Ships from (the first window) and Can change until (the nearest cancel date still ahead on a line that can still change), each reading No date where there is none. Units are the figures because a hold adds units and no money: a hold has no price until the brand sizes and prices it.
The table is one line a row, searchable by style: Style, Booked, Your price (or No price agreed), Value, Ships from, Can change until, State, Answer, Changed and Claim. State is Draft, On hold, Booked, Confirmed, Shipped or Cancelled; a hold that came from a showing says so on hover, "held from the showing of {day}", and a line confirmed off a file you sent reads "from the order you sent". Answer is the brand's word on the line, such as Quantity changed, and the column appears only once a line has been answered. Changed is the version's date and number. Footer totals on Booked and Value; the served totals are the same figures as your row on the brand's own book, so both chairs read one figure.
Above the book, once you have sent one, stands the block of orders you sent as files, headed Sent to {brand}: the file's name, your order number where the brand has read one off it, and where it is, in the brand's own words with its day: "Received {day} · being checked", Confirmed, or "Received {day} · not taken".
The one amber your seat ever shows sits on Ships from, on a line whose window has opened and which has not shipped. It is the brand's declared promise at risk. Can change until is your own option to walk away, a date you hold rather than one anybody promised you, and it carries no mark.
Nothing here is another account's, and nothing here is the brand's cost, margin, terms, allocation rule, or the commitment's name, envelope or depth.
What to do
Press Send an order to send your own purchase order as a file: drop it on the drawer, PDF, Excel or CSV, up to 20 MB, and read the two lines before the one button, Send the order: "Your seller reads it against your order, line by line." and "Nothing reaches your book until they confirm it." The receipt is the row the server sent back, where the button was; a file the brand already holds is refused in the server's sentence with the paper it collided with beside it, and a refusal with no sentence reads "The order was not sent." The account is your seat's, never read from the paper, and you type no sized order and no price.
Press Raise a claim on a line to ask the brand to move its window, change its quantity or cancel it; the drawer opens over the page with the line chosen, and until a person at the brand accepts the claim nothing on your order changes. To answer a showing with new units, use Showroom; the hold lands here as a line in its next read. To change what is booked, sized or priced, ask through a claim or a thread: the seller records sizes and prices, and a buyer never types a price.
When it is empty or failed
No price agreed is the word where a hold carries no price yet; it is never a zero. No date stands where a window or a cancel date is not set. Where nothing is booked the page reads "Nothing booked for {season} yet.", or "Nothing booked in any season." with no season chosen. A read that failed prints "Your orders did not load.", or the server's own sentence, in place of the table and offers Try again. A line whose window has opened and which has not shipped carries the one amber on its Ships from date; nothing else on the page carries a colour.
