The question this page answers
Which accounts have I shown the season to, what did each answer, and what should I offer this one? A seller here shows a commitment's styles to one account, graded by how each will sell in its doors, sets the take, shares it as a link and records what was agreed. It is Tightly Pro's: a showing is made from a commitment, so Essentials+ meets the plan's refusal.
The list: every account this season
The head is Showroom, the season select and Explore in Ask. One sentence reads "{season} is shown to {n} of {m} accounts; {k} answered, {money} booked.", with "none answered" or "nothing booked yet" in place of the figures where they apply, or "{season} is shown to none of {m} accounts yet." An account answered when it held units or wrote something.
One row per account, shown accounts first, newest showing first: Account, Shown (the day with its version, or Not shown), Styles, Proposed, Held, Booked, Buyer said ("{n} said"), and Link (Open until a day, Closed a day, or Withdrawn a day). The row's button is Open, or Show the season where nothing is shown yet; either opens that account's sheet. The footer adds Proposed, Held and Booked over the shown rows only.
The sheet: one account
The head carries the way back, the account's name, a version badge once a showing stands, Explore in Ask, the commitment select where there is more than one, Details, More, then Share as a link (Copy the link once one exists) and Record as agreed.
Before any showing the sentence proposes money against last season (level, above or below by a sum, or no earlier season to compare):
Propose {money} to {account}, level with last season.
or says "Nothing proposed to {account} yet." or "{account} is sell-in only; nothing is proposed yet." Once a showing carries money it reads "{money} of the {money} shown to {account} is booked." or "Nothing of the {money} shown to {account} is booked yet."; a withdrawn one, "The showing to {account} was withdrawn on {day}."
Two chips stand at rest, Shown and Buyer said, with counts; the rest are behind Filter: Not shown, Winners, Sleepers, Bleeders, From the brand, Sell-in only, Not graded, No predecessor and Held, offered only where a row matches. Search finds a style.
The columns: Style (the Shown tick, the picture, and "{n} said" where the buyer wrote about it), Grade with Likely to sell (or Last time where nothing is graded), Take, Price, Value, Booked. Retail and On the desk are put away until asked for. The grade is a word, a shape beside it and the evidence word: measured, borrowed or brand. See The grade: measured, borrowed, brand. The foot line reads "Shown {day} · version {n} · link open until {day}", with who answered.
The take is a proposal, never a write. A measured row proposes from what the account's doors sold at the target sell-through, or repeats last take where it sold on target; a borrowed row divides the borrowed level by the same target; brand and sell-in-only rows propose nothing until you type. Whose appears once two rows disagree: The grade's, Last take, You with your name, or The showing's. Price is the account's own from its terms, with terms under it, or typed.
The right pane, From {account}, lists what the buyer wrote and held, newest first; Reply opens the thread and Send the reply posts to it. Details holds What to take (Reading, Sold through, Ordered, Take, Gap, Change), the take split across the account's Doors, and Last season.
What to do
Tick the styles to show and type over any take; the head moves on Enter. A style cut on the desk cannot be ticked.
Share as a link opens "Share what {account} is shown": Styles, Units, At their price and Without a price, the agreement, Ships from, cancel by and Link open until (30 days ahead by default). Before the button:
Anyone who opens the link sees these {n} styles at {account}'s price until {day}.
Styles without a price are shown with the word No terms.
Nothing is sent or booked.
The link then stands in the head as Copy the link. More holds Share a new version, Withdraw (the link stops answering), Export the sheet and Open the account. Share a new version makes a new showing and link; the old link answers until it closes. You send the link; Tightly emails nothing. Record as agreed opens the commitment's Agreed book with the shown takes filled in for you to change; nothing is recorded there until its own button. Ask Tightly can tick Shown and set a take on the sheet, and open an account's sheet from the list.
When it is empty or failed
"No account carries this season yet." and "The accounts did not load." are the list's. On the sheet, "The showroom did not load." offers Try again; "No commitment declares {season}." and "Nothing on this book yet." say why there is nothing to show. A refused share prints the server's sentence in the drawer, for example "{commitment} is awaiting a second signature, so it owns no styles to show." or "A showing names the day it ships from."; with no sentence it reads "The share could not be confirmed." The pane with nothing in it reads "Nothing from {account} yet."
