Purchase orders can split a line into dated tranches, and every unit on order counts once.

What changed

  • On Purchase orders, one line or several can be split into tranches when a supplier slips: choose how many units move and give the moved portion its own delivery date; the rest keeps its original promise and the order stays one order.
  • Everywhere stock on order is read, an order delivered in several drops counts each outstanding unit exactly once, so incoming stock is never overstated; the overstatement had quietly held back reorders on every replenishment reading.
  • Across every new surface, an absence is a sentence and never a zero: a failed read says it failed, and a future week does not claim it sold nothing.
