Purchase orders can split a line into dated tranches, and every unit on order counts once.

## What changed

- On [Purchase orders](../supply/purchase-orders), one line or several can be split into tranches when a supplier slips: choose how many units move and give the moved portion its own delivery date; the rest keeps its original promise and the order stays one order.
- Everywhere stock on order is read, an order delivered in several drops counts each outstanding unit exactly once, so incoming stock is never overstated; the overstatement had quietly held back reorders on every replenishment reading.
- Across every new surface, an absence is [a sentence and never a zero](../platform/absence-words): a failed read says it failed, and a future week does not claim it sold nothing.
