The question this page answers

Which version of Tightly is this tab running? A customer asks it when Tightly's support has pointed them here, usually while chasing down a fix that has since shipped; a Tightly person asks it to see that a release landed on a particular tab. The page is signed-in only and has no door in: you reach it by typing the address or from a support instruction, and it stays that way on purpose, since it names nothing a reader would otherwise want to browse to.

What you see

The Version page: one sentence, one build fact and Copy version.
  1. Copies the version number; the button reads back Version copied.

The title is

Version

and one sentence carries the one figure the page has:

This tab is running Tightly {version}.

The version is the release's own number, the same string as the release tag and the changelog heading, stamped into the build when it was made and never measured against the server. A tab whose build did not carry a number reads "This tab does not name its Tightly version." instead, and has no Copy version.

Under the sentence, one table of build facts: Update, reading Waiting when the browser has a newer build ready, None waiting when it checked and found none, or Not checked where this build does not check; and Checked with the time of the last check, where one happened. The version itself is not repeated as a row, because the sentence already carries it. Opening this page asks the browser directly whether a new build is waiting, the same ask the app makes on its own every thirty minutes, so Checked reads the moment this page loaded rather than an older one. Copy version copies the number and reads back Version copied where the button was.

What to do

  1. Read the number to a Tightly person, or press Copy version.
  2. Where Update reads Waiting, press Reload to take it.
  3. Press Home to leave; there is no rail on this page.

The same update otherwise arrives by itself when the tab has been idle, or is offered in the app's own notice when it is busy.

When it is empty or failed

There is no read on this page and no failed state; the sentence is a build-time fact. A guest who types the address is sent to Sign in with this address remembered, and lands here after. An organisation still in Setup is sent to its step. While a Tightly person is working in your account on your behalf, their banner stands above the page.
