The question this page answers

What personal data does Tightly collect about me, what does it do with it, who else sees it, and what can I do about it? The privacy policy is one legal document, given by its author, rendered whole. Nothing on the page is a read, a write or a control; the document is the content.

What you see

The privacy policy, marked 1 to 3.
  1. Tightly privacy policy, the document's own title, with no invented as-of date.
  2. The contents rail, every heading as a door, the one you are reading in ink.
  3. The document itself, in the author's own order, headings and lists.

The title is

Tightly privacy policy

followed by the document's own first paragraph. There is no as-of, because the document carries no effective date and Tightly does not invent one. The document runs in its own order: how Tightly collects personal data, what it collects, why and on what legal basis, who it shares with, how long it keeps it, the rights you have, including those under the EEA and UK rules and California's, and how to reach Tightly about them. The headings are in ink and weight, never uppercase; the numbered and bulleted lists stay as the document has them.

To the left of the column on a wide screen, and after the document on a narrow one, a contents rail lists every heading as a door, with the heading you are reading in ink. The ink moves as you scroll, marking the last heading you have passed; at the foot of the document, where no heading can cross the line any more, it marks the last one still on screen. The rights address, the support mailbox, is a door that opens your mail.

What to do

  1. Read the document.
  2. Press a heading in the contents rail to jump to it.
  3. Write to the support mailbox to exercise a right the document names: access, correction, deletion, or an objection to a use.
  4. Press Back to return to the page you came from, where there is one, or Home when signed in and Sign in when not.

The page is reachable signed in or out, and from the foot of Sign in and Sign up.

When it is empty or failed

The page has one state and no read to fail. A part of the app that did not arrive reads that the page could not be loaded, with Try again. The document's own gaps are legal's to close and are not reworded here: clauses from an earlier product, names of documents that do not exist on this site, a missing effective date and a second policy on the marketing site. Until legal rules, this page shows the document as it stands.
