The sentence

Under the room's name, on the page a marked row opens, one sentence naming the plan that sells it:

Sold with Tightly Pro.

Sold with Tightly Essentials+.

The brief's sentence for the same page, which a scripted question quotes and no face prints:

Commitments is sold with Tightly Pro; your plan is Essentials.

Beside a marked row on the Essentials rail, one faint word:

Pro

Essentials+

The server's own refusal is a different sentence, explained in Plan denial; this page does not compose it.

What it means

The rail you see is the rail your plan has. On Essentials five doors stand on it that your plan does not open: Commitments and Analogs, each carrying the word Pro, and the Catalogue, Families and Tightly Connect, each carrying Essentials+. On Essentials+ the Catalogue, Families and Tightly Connect open, and Commitments and Analogs stay marked. Each marked row is a leaf; opening one reveals no locked rooms inside it. What opens is this page and only this page: the room's name, the one sentence, one act, and a table of what the room holds, its rooms named one per line. There is no pitch, no chip, no checklist and no video, and no figure either: the room's numbers belong to a plan your organisation does not hold, and a page that has read nothing does not date itself.

The sentence names no plan of yours on purpose. A store install did not choose a plan and is not told it has one; an Essentials reader is told what sells the room, not what she lacks. The room is named once, by the page's title, so the sentence does not repeat it. The page keeps one grammar rather than a sentence per surface, so every page that refuses a room this way says the same four words, with the plan that sells it in them.

The for-sale address itself answers Not found on Pro, on Lite and for a room your plan already opens, because none of those is being sold anything.

Lite is never sold anything. A row Lite cannot sell is absent from the rail, never marked, because the App Store listing may not point at an externally billed plan. What a store install can still reach is a typed address only a paid plan opens: a Pro room, a Tightly Connect room, or Skills, which reads

Sold with Tightly Essentials.

There the reader is told, not sold: the page's own name, the one sentence, no rooms listed and no way to buy.

What to do next

Press Book time with Tightly; it opens Tightly's booking page, and the conversation starts from the rooms the table names rather than from a pitch. Where the page offers a second door, as it does on Settings › Approvals and Settings › Finance, it is Billing, where the plan you are on is written. Nothing on the page changes with a press, and the marks on the rail stay until the plan changes. On Lite the edition is chosen in the store listing, not inside the product.

Who to ask

Ask Tightly on the page answers from this article and from Tiers. On a guided plan, the Tightly person your onboarding plan names is the same conversation as the act, without the booking.
