The question this page answers

What do I need to order over the coming period, what is it worth, how much of it is already too late to save, and which lines do I accept onto the Bench, move from another warehouse, or make in-house?

What you see

Smart Replenishment is the replenishment engine's room on Tightly Lite, Essentials and Essentials+: the Replenishment row on the rail holds it, and the Replenishment address opens it. On Pro the address is closed and lands on the Bench, and Ask Tightly offers no door to it, because on Pro the same work belongs to Commitments. The engine reads every variant at every warehouse, walks its stock forward against the forecast, and lists the lines that run short inside the horizon you choose.

The head is the page's name with the basis line, cost in USD by line, and the run's as-of. Beside it stands a row of figures: Open to buy for the month, before this buy (amber only when the buy runs over it; Not declared with Set a budget where no budget exists; Not measured where the Budget did not answer), then Lines, Units and Suppliers. While a filter narrows the grid, Open to buy leaves the row, because it measures the whole buy. Where the engine's run is late, behind or unfinished, its own sentence stands under the head.

The Buy chart splits the recommended buy into Short for over a month, Short for under a month and Lands in time, worst first, plus Not funded for the lines the month's budget could not fit. Pressing a bar narrows the grid to its lines; the pressed name then stands with the filters, and pressing it again lifts it.

The controls, one row: Finished goods or Raw materials; the horizon, Next {n} days from your cadence's presets, with one longer horizon added when your longest lead time needs it; Any supplier, Any warehouse, Any policy (with Open policy once one is chosen); a search for product, variant ID or SKU; Columns; Group by supplier; Projection, once lines are picked or a bar is pressed; and Clear filters.

The grid draws Product, Warehouse, Cover, Gap, Order value, Recommendation and Route. Columns adds Supplier, Policy, Buy priority, On hand, On order, Lead time, Unit cost and Sell price. Cover reads in days, and a line already out reads 0 days · out. Order value reads Unpriced where no cost exists, with a dotted rule and the word Not funded on hover where the budget could not fit it. Recommendation is units, with past the forecast or lower confidence on hover. Route says where the line goes: To Bench, Transfer, Made in-house, No supplier or Nothing to order. The footer counts the lines.

What to do

Select rows and the bar counts them with their units and value, then offers each act only for lines of its kind: Add to Bench ({n}), Draft transfers ({n}) and Draft manufacturing orders ({n}). A read-only seat sees needs write access beside them. Add to Bench stages the lines and reads back in place, with the door Bench:

{n} lines added to the Bench.

Draft transfers opens the transfer drawer seeded with the moves. Draft manufacturing orders says before its button that it drafts each order at the variant's making warehouse, and that nothing is produced until each is confirmed. Their receipts read {n} transfer orders drafted. and {n} manufacturing orders drafted., with doors to Transfer orders and Manufacturing orders.

Press a row for Why this quantity: Order {n} units by {date}., the stock timeline, On hand, On order, Lead time, Order lands, Covers until, Next order, Supplier, Policy, costs, Minimum order, Budget, what is already inbound, and doors to the product, variant and supplier, with the line's own act.

Projection opens a pane of closing stock for the picked lines over the next 26 weeks, Do nothing against With plan. Data readiness, at the foot, opens Data; Dismiss asks first:

Dismissed, this section does not come back.

Policies and scoped signals

The Replenishment policies icon beside the policy filter opens the policy catalogue, including creation and editing. Open policy opens the particular rule selected in the filter. A line's explanation shows any Season limit or Policy order held check, including its date and allowed units; changing a policy does not remove the commitment's seasonal limits.

When a demand signal opens this page, the selected variant and warehouse remain in scope. A named-account signal can also add an account filter, shown as a removable chip. Clear that chip or the warehouse selection deliberately to broaden the recommendation before acting on it.

When it is empty or failed

A failed read prints the server's sentence, or The buy could not be read., with Try again. On a fresh, complete run with nothing short:

Every line is covered past its lead time.

With filters on, it reads No orderable variant matches. and offers Clear filters. Where the run is incomplete or still calculating, the page says coverage cannot be confirmed rather than claiming it. A stage that failed reads Nothing was added. with the server's reason.
