## The question this page answers

Who am I here, how do I sign in, which tenants does my account hold, what is each one connected to, and how do I switch or add another? Profile is the first page under You, and the old Organisations page folded into it as the Tenants section.

## What you see

::: shot page
:::

The head is the page's name; like every Settings page it carries no sentence.

**Who you are** holds Photo (Upload, or Replace and Remove once there is one; `No photo` where there is none), Name, Title, Department, Phone (a dial code and a number), Email, Access (your rung: Admin, Member, Viewer, or Tightly staff for a Tightly seat) and Dates and numbers, the format your figures print in, with an example under each choice.

**Sign-in** holds Current password, New password and Confirm, with the rule `Choose a password of at least 12 characters, up to 128, and not your email address.` beside New password and the act Change password; for a Google or Microsoft sign-in it holds one row, Password, with the sentence "Set with the provider you sign in through, not here." Under it stands Two-step sign-in; the Security article carries both in full.

**Tenants** is one table: Tenant (the logo or initials, then the name; `Not named yet` for one nobody has named), Source (the system of record's name; the Shopify store domain under it where one is served; `Source not named` for a source without a label) and a last column reading `Current` on the row you are in and a Switch button on the others. Rows are in name order. A tenant syncs from one system of record, so Source is one word and never a list of connections.

Under Sign-in, Your agents lists the AI agents that read Tightly as you; the Security article covers them.

## What to do

1. Edit a row of **Who you are** and save.
2. Press **Switch** on a tenant's row to move into it.
3. Press **Connect another tenant** to open Setup at "Where does your data live?".

A phone number needs at least three digits when given: "A phone number needs at least 3 digits." A photo is a .png, .jpg or .svg: "That file is not a .png, .jpg or .svg." and "The photo did not upload. Try again." Remove reads `Removed when saved` until you save.

Switch reloads the page in the new tenant, every other open tab of Tightly follows, and the choice is held in your browser rather than written to the server; the account menu's switcher does the same thing by the same mechanic. A read-only seat sees Connect another tenant closed with the reason in ink beside it, said before the form: "Your access is read-only; an admin can change it on Team." A Tightly staff seat is not shown the section at all.

Naming a tenant is General's job, for the tenant you are in. Leaving or removing a tenant does not exist for a customer; only Tightly staff delete one.

## When it is empty or failed

A failed read of your tenants prints "Your tenants did not load." with Try again in the section. An account with nothing on it reads "No tenant connected yet." with the door still offered. A row change the server refused without a sentence reads "The change was not saved and no reason came back."
