Saving a forecast change inside a live commitment names the commitment and the day its buy locks.

## What changed

- On [Demand forecasting](../demand/demand-planning), when a forecast change falls inside an active [commitment](../commitments/the-commitment), the reason picker names the commitment it sits under and the day its buy locks; it informs you and never blocks the save.
