A purchase order delivery says what remains, and a completed delivery reads quietly in ink.

## What changed

- On [Purchase orders](../supply/purchase-orders), a delivery with no lines left reads No lines remain and never offers Mark all as delivered; completing an order skips empty deliveries rather than flagging a false mismatch; a real mismatch carries an amber mark and a full delivery confirms quietly; a draft whose only delivery is empty keeps its guidance and the option to plan a future delivery.
- The completed tag on [a recorded delivery](../supply/record-delivery) no longer uses green; it reads as a calm confirmation rather than a colour signal.
