A reorder line shows its justification, and the desk is a reconciliation against every declared target.

## What changed

- Each [reorder line](../commitments/reorder-lines) on a commitment shows the cover it provides, what the order delivers and the cost of not placing it; a figure that cannot be measured reads unknown, never zero.
- The envelope meter works in season: a received mark, the declared envelope it tracks against, and any unmeasured amount with its reason instead of an empty bar.
- What needs a person covers in season as well as pre-season: changes awaiting a decision and lines that would exceed the remaining season budget before they become orders; a queue that cannot be read is a blind spot, never a clear.
- [The buy plan](../finance/buy-plan) has its monthly view back: the month shape seeded for each category is visible and editable, and a named range of months can be shifted in one act.
- Opening a style on [Work the buy](../commitments/the-desk) shows what its forecast stands on, how many weeks of cover its depth gives, the cost of over or under buying, and the impact of any edit you make.
- The desk is a reconciliation: a standing summary shows every declared target beside where the working buy stands and names any figure that cannot be measured; the buy is a hierarchy, category, style, colourway and size run, whose parent totals roll up and cannot be typed; a depth set at group level spreads across styles by forecast; every edit is a working copy recorded as [a scenario](../commitments/scenarios); sell-out is read per door.
