The book ranks what needs attention this week, and the on-track chart shows the declared band.

## What changed

- [The commitment room](../commitments/the-room) shows the forecast and the week-by-week sell-through behind each commitment, so you can see what drives the numbers.
- The on-track chart draws the declared target as a shaded band, the forecast dashed and actuals solid; amber appears only for a sustained issue, on or off track is position in the band, never red or green, and weeks with stock confirmed beyond the measured window read beyond the horizon.
- The assortment is shown style by style with quadrant, options, depth and size run; a style whose locations disagree on quadrant reads Mixed with the split shown, and where the data cannot answer the table says whether it is a gap in your data or a limit of the measurement.
- [All commitments](../commitments/the-book) leads with the commitments that need attention this week, ranked by urgency, each row showing its envelope at a glance, and [Declare](../commitments/declare) shows a live summary of what each step commits you to.
- [Amend](../commitments/amend), [Retire](../commitments/retire), [Close](../commitments/close) and [Sign off](../commitments/sign-off) each lead with a state summary, then the key figures and the consequences: Amend shows before and after and the budget it frees, Retire what returns to the pool, Close that it is one way, and Sign off the full declaration with the requester's name and reason.
- Finance shows real data: [Open to buy](../commitments/open-to-buy) runs on live weekly flow, and [the split](../finance/the-split), [the cash gate](../finance/cash-gate) and [investment review](../finance/investment-review) say which feed they are waiting on rather than showing placeholder figures.
- [Release the chase](../commitments/chase-release) releases the reserve against the style it was held for, moves the money back into open to commit and says that released money is not ring-fenced.
