The accuracy figure names the weeks it measured, and a page that has gone stale reloads instead of hanging.

## What changed

- On [Demand forecasting](../demand/demand-planning), the accuracy figure against doing it by hand names the number of weeks it was measured over rather than a default of 52, and the wording follows the count.
- The app no longer hangs silently when a page is no longer available after a release: it reloads on its own or shows a message with a reload, and a slow connection is not mistaken for a failed page.
- [The for-sale mark](../platform/for-sale-pages) on a locked rail row renders in both themes.
