Declaring a commitment is a full page, and the book lists every commitment in one place.

## What changed

- [Declare](../commitments/declare) is a page of its own rather than a drawer, and the declare steps run on it in order.
- Commitments has a clearer design: an empty state previews the filled view, the five-number step is a form, and the summary shows your results, confirmed items, any refusals and unresolved numbers.
- [All commitments](../commitments/the-book) lists every commitment in one place, each row with [the five](../commitments/the-five-terms) as adjustable values and a state mark, and a five-step Declare wizard.
- [The buy plan](../finance/buy-plan) filters, searches and sorts, with a Reset and an applied-filter count, sortable category, month and total columns, and a pinned fiscal-year total row.
