## What changed

- [The Budget](../replenishment/budget) is an editable twelve-month grid with no setup steps: fill values quickly, save a draft, and read a summary table; spend against the monthly allowance and revenue sit in two aligned panels, each on its own scale, so neither figure distorts the other.
- The Budget's monthly grid uses the shared table, so column alignment, the totals row and the fiscal year summary read like every other table, and an empty section is divided from the next by a line rather than running into it.
- [Smart Replenishment](../replenishment/smart-replenishment) has a Projection view: one toggle redraws your filtered selection as a time-phased stock projection, keeping filters, search and sort, and a selection too large for it says its line count rather than failing quietly.
