## What setting an account's fulfilment warehouses writes

An account's fulfilment warehouses are the warehouses whose stock serves that account. Until you set them, an account uses the warehouses of the sales channel its sales are filed under; that is the channel's own mapping, and it never means all of your stock. Setting them records an override for this one account: a list of one or more of your active warehouses (a quarantine warehouse is never offered). Clearing the override sends the account back to its channel's warehouses.

The change stays inside Tightly. It does not move stock, place an order or tell the account anything. Each change is kept with who made it and what the selection was before and after.

On Tightly Pro the selection is read where Tightly works out which stock each of your active Commitments owns. When the selection is saved, those Commitments are checked again, and a change that would let two of them claim the same stock in the same warehouse over the same window is refused, naming the style and the Commitment it overlaps.

## Who may set an account's fulfilment warehouses

An admin seat (Admin or above), on Tightly Connect, which is Essentials+ and Pro. Any seat that can read the account can read its warehouses. On Pro, administrators can also change Ships from on the account’s Terms tab.

## How Ask Tightly sets them

Name the account and the warehouses. Ask Tightly first reads the account's current selection, which carries a revision, and proposes the change in one sentence composed by Tightly from that read:

> Set {account}'s fulfilment warehouses to {warehouses}.

> Use the channel's fulfilment warehouses for {account}.

It then ends its turn, and writes only after you say yes on a later turn; your yes covers exactly that selection, once. A warehouse the read did not list cannot be proposed, and a selection that names the same warehouse twice is not proposed at all.

## How to undo a change to the warehouses

There is no undo from a conversation. The way back is setting it again: the earlier warehouses, or the channel's own, by asking. Nothing restores the earlier selection in one press, so say what it was.

## Refusals you may read on the warehouses

> Choose at least one source warehouse or inherit the channel.

> Choose active source warehouses from this organisation.

> Restore the account before changing its warehouses.

> Warehouse settings changed. Review the latest selection.

The last one means someone changed the selection after Ask Tightly read it; ask again and it reads the new one. An overlap with a Commitment is refused in a sentence that names the style, the Commitment and the channel, and asks you to choose warehouses that do not overlap or to take the style out of one range.
